Official Referee Seminar hosted by FIE Referee Hisham Abdelaziz. Available in person and through Zoom. Payment through Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.

ALL GULF COAST DIVISION MEMBERS ARE 50% OFF.
Seminar is 4 hours long and will be accelerated due to time constrictions. In order to push through on this short timeline, there will be no intermissions, and no lateness allowed. Please make sure you arrive on time.
If you are registering for Zoom, please email me as soon as you register at hisham.abdelaziz92@gmail.com and I will send you the Zoom link the day of the seminar.
The clinic will start 4pm Central time for both Zoom and in-person, please arrive 15 minutes early to make sure we can start on time.
WHO CAN ATTEND:
New referees: Attending a referee seminar is the first step to becoming a certified USA Fencing referee. Attendance is required in order to become a referee.
Coaches: You can benefit by staying up to date on current rules and how calls have transformed in recent years.
Parents: Being aware of all the rules and all that is expected of referees helps you better assist your fencers in knowing their rights on the strip
Referees: Whether active or inactive, seminars help referees to stay current, or brush up if they've been inactive
WHO IS HOSTING:
Referee Hisham Abdelaziz has been refereeing for 17 years, and is FIE rated in Foil and Epee, as well as nationally rated in all 3 weapons. He has experience as a fencer, coach, and referee, offering a perspective that all attendees can understand and relate to.
Hisham has been refereeing internationally for 5 years, and has refereed many Junior World Cups, Senior World Cups, and Grand Prix's.

Seminar will begin at 4pm Central Time, 5pm Eastern Time, 2pm Pacific Time.
PAYMENT:
Cost of attendance is $100, regardless of in-person or Zoom. Payment will be accepted through Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle. If you are in the Gulf Division, please only pay $50, and include in the notes that you are a member of the Gulf Division.
