WHEN FEB 25-26, 2023 WHERE Texas State University campus - Student Recreation Center EVENTS (all times are the close of registration) Saturday 9:00 AM - Mixed Epee 12:00 PM - Men’s Foil 3:00 PM - Mixed Saber Sunday 9:00 AM - Mixed Foil 12:00 PM - Men’s Epee 1:30 PM - Women’s Epee REGISTRATION FEES COLLEGE STUDENTS → $30.00 *includes 1st event* (college ID must be presented at the time of check-in) PRE-REGISTRATION → $40.00 *includes 1st event* + $20.00 At-the-Door Registration + $10.00 for each additional event PRE-REGISTRATION ENDS THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd @ MIDNIGHT. ANNOUNCEMENTS !!! 1. Due to the number of low entries, we have decided to CANCEL the Women's Foil and Women's Sabre events. 2. Due to a conflict with the Recreational Sports facility that was suddenly announced to us, the tournament must end by 5:00PM Sunday, so the Men's Saber event (3:00PM Sun) has to be cancelled. All refunds will be honored for those competitors pre-registered and paid. USAFencing Membership Pre-Registered competitors do NOT have to present their USAFencing Membership Card while checking in. ALL OTHER COMPETITORS MUST SHOW THEIR ID WHEN CHECKING IN. NON-BINARY PARTICIPATION USA Fencing will not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, regardless of sex assigned at birth, or any other form of gender expression for participation in any division. As such, athletes will be permitted to participate in USA Fencing sanctioned events in a manner consistent with their gender identity/ expression, regardless of the gender associated with the sex they were assigned at birth in accordance with the guidelines listed below.
