EVENTS: Y10 Women's Saber Y10 Mixed Saber Y12 Women's Saber Y12 Men's Saber Y14 Women's Saber Y14 Men's Saber Preregistration opens on 07/30/2018. Preregistration extended to 08/17/2018. BAY CUP REGISTRATION FEES: This is a Bay Cup tournament. In addition to the host facility event fee, the following Bay Cup tournament registration fee is required: $0 if fencer has a Bay Cup season membership $30 per tournament if the fencer does not have a membership The Bay Cup tournament registration fee is waived for season members. Season membership is a better deal for those who plan to compete in more than 4 Bay Cup tournaments over the course of the season. Bay Cup fees pay for medals, year-end prizes, administration and management of Bay Cup operations, referee development, and tournament subsidies to the host clubs to help with their operating expenses. A walk-in fee of $25/day will be assessed at the door for fencers who have not pre-registered (total of $55). DOORS OPEN: 8:30 am The standard event format used for Bay Cup tournaments is one round of pools with 100% promotion to a direct elimination table with no repechage. WAIVER: By registering for the tournament, you as a participant, or your parent or guardian for participants under the age of 18, are confirming that you or your parent or guardian have read and are in agreement with the conditions of the waiver located at the Resources section of The Bay Cup website: http://thebaycup.net/all-resources/ Unless you choose to opt out by informing the organizers of the tournament, you are confirming your acceptance of the photo/video release by registering for the tournament.
