The Venue: Elite Fencing Academy 5401B Port Royal Rd, Springfield, VA 22151 COVID-19 Guidelines (Subject to Change) - Read Carefully: PROOF OF VACCINATION Negative COVID Test Required for All Virginia Division Sanctioned Events. Out of concern for the safety of our membership and their families, effective immediately, the Virginia Division of USA Fencing will require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test for all fencers, parents, volunteers and USFA Professional members for that event to be sanctioned by the Virginia Division. Confirmation of vaccination or negative COVID test will occur as you walk into the venue. No one without proof will be allowed into the venue at any time, no exceptions. Negative COVID test results (PCR or Rapid) cannot be more than 72 hours old from the day of the event the fencer is competing in. USA Fencing’s venue mask mandate is also still in effect, so all competitors, coaches, professional members will be required to wear a mask, even while competing. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before close of check-in. Proof of current USA Fencing membership, current FIE license, or foreign federation membership must be presented. Fencers to present proof of age: Original or copies of birth certificate, passport or driver's license, unless if the USA Fencing membership card has "Birth year is Verified " is noted on the card. Fencers must check in everyday they compete. Event Fee Info: Event Fees Regular fees until Friday, October 15th, 2021 11:59 PM PDT - Event fee is $40/event Refund Policy: Refund requests must be received by Friday, October 15th, 2021 11:59 PM PDT Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to infova@elitefencingacademy.com Starting October 16th, 2021 NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request is received and will be processed.
