Saturday, December 1, 2007: Y14 Men's and Women's Epee 9:00 am Y12 Men's and Women's Foil 1:00 pm Y10 Men's and Women's Saber 10:30 am Y10 Men's and Women's Epee 11:30 am Y14 Men's and Women's Saber 2:30 pm Sunday, December 2, 2007: Y12 Men's and Women's Epee 12:00 pm Y12 Men's and Women's Saber 2:00 pm Y14 Men's and Women's Foil 9:00 am Y10 Men's and Women's Foil 10:30 am If there are less than 6 individuals entered, events will be combined in appropriate categories. Awards will be given for the top men's and women's finishers. Preregistration closes at 12 AM, November 28. Fred fees are applied immediately. Mailed in fees must be RECEIVED by the appropriate date to be eligible for that date discount. If your preregistration is being rejected for age, but you are currently listed on the National Rolling Points for the next lower age, please contact MDelevorya@aol.com. Waiver of Liability A parent signature is manditory on both the USFA membership form and the RYC waiver/informed consent. Pre-registered fencers will receive membership status information via askFRED email using most current USFA membership data. Forms are available here: http://www.almdiv.org/BusinessDivision/MEMBERSHIPS/2007-2008membershipform.pdf While fencers are encouraged to get memberships directly through the USFA prior to the competition, completed USFA membership forms will be accepted at the door. If you do not have proof of membership, you will be required to complete and pay for a membership. Payment for memberships is made directly to the USFA – NO CASH – bring separate check or credit card number (preferred) for membership. Fencers under 18 years old are reminded they need the signature of a parent or guardian (not a coach) on BOTH the membership and waiver forms. . Birth year limitations (2007-2008 season) •Youth 10 event 1997-2000 •Youth 12 event 1995-1998, or on Youth 10 NRP List •Youth 14 event 1993-1996, or on Youth 12 NRP List Since this is a qualifier event, we are unable to make exceptions to the age eligibility rules. All weapons will be scored electrically. We will inspect and mark masks, lames, and body cords. Full USFA regulation uniform is required, including plastron, knickers, and knee-length socks.
