BBFC Pre-Summer Nationals Camp Week 1

TIMES: 10AM-12:30PM LUNCH BREAK (Lunch will be provided) 1:00-3:30 evening training sessions: High Intensity Team from 4-5:30 (Y10-14) and 6-7:30 (E and above) on MWF. Open fencing on Tuesday and Thursday. Join BBFC for pre-national training camp in Las Vegas, NV. We will maximize conditioning, focusing on sound footwork fundamentals with scenario drills and bouting. Additionally, we will have daily strategy sessions utilizing video analysis. This camp is ideal for the competitive fencer preparing for Y10-Div 1 championships, but also any experienced fencer aspiring to stand on the podium. Bouting will be in age/level appropriate groupings. Camp includes day and evening training sessions. $350 for BBFC members/$425 for non-BBFC, USAF members.
