Fence-a-palooza

Fencing Party Fundraiser! Fence all night! $15. Prize for most bouts fenced. Prize for biggest donor. Prize for best fundraiser. Doors at 7:30pm All three weapons, all age groups and skill levels. Fence until the late night hours. We're modelling our format off of the old Fence-a-thons by CFC. Fencers can fence any weapon they choose and can rotate between weapons. Bouts will be counted. A prize will go to the fencer with the most bouts fenced. If donors provide email addresses we can invoice them directly. Donors can make a flat donation, or can pledge on a per bout basis to sponsor a fencer. There will be a prize for the largest donor, as well as one for the fencer who raises the most in donations. Donations and pledges can be paid by cash, check, credit card, or paypal transfer/invoice. Collected funds will be used to replace electric gear in order to give fencers a smoother bouting/competing experience. Participants will get two slices of pizza and one drink (soda, water, or sports drink) as part of their registration. Concessions will be available.
