The training camp objectives :
1. Competitions style bouts ;
2. Tactics :
3. Mental preparation before competitions ;
4. Video analyzing ;
5. Technical drills to improve efficiency and speed of weapon maneuvering and reaction timing ;
6. Footwork ;
7. Team work to improve better cooperation with other athletes ;
8. Planning your competition day including right nutrition, schedule and warming before bouts.
9. Games and exercises to improve coordination, balancing , agility and reaction.
Price is 295 for not Arsenal members and 195 for Arsenal members for all 9 days of camp. Housing is possible.
