SAS In-house Foil/Epee

Come join us for an in-house tournament open to SAS fencers born 2007 or earlier. This is an informal tournament to practice getting back into competition. There is no cost, and some bouts will be self-refereed. Pre-Registration is required, no walk-ins. Format, one round of pools, 100% promotion to 15 touch direct elimination. All fencers must have a current USA Fencing membership, Non-Competitive is sufficient. Full regulation uniform, including underarm protector, knickers, foil bib and long socks, is required. Also make sure your weapons will pass the weight test on the strip. All current practice rules apply including face masks required under fencing mask, no handshakes, etc. No spectators please; fencers who are minors are allowed one parent or guardian on site. Foil check in closes at 10:00 and the event will be held downstairs. Epee check in closes at 12:00 and will be held downstairs. Epee fencers should check in upon arrival and proceed upstairs to warm up.
