Wildcat Epee Camp 2019

Schedule: We will train from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm both days with a one hour lunch break starting around 1:00 pm. Cost: $50 per person, $20 for WCF members. No USA Fencing membership is required to attend this event. However, you are expected to have at least three months of fencing experience. Location: Saturday will be in the MAC Gym on the South/Main Rec Center where we have held prior events 1400 E 6th St. Sunday will be in the same building but in the north Gym. THE LOCATION FOR SUNDAY WAS ORIGINALLY ANNOUNCED TO BE A DIFFERENT BUILDING. THIS WAS INCORRECT. PLEASE SEE THE CURRENT INFORMATION ABOVE. What to bring: All your epee fencing gear (If you are missing any gear let me know and I will arrange for loaners to be available), long pants, closed toe shoes, healthy snacks, and a water bottle. Lodging: If you would like to stay with one of the Wildcat fencers let me know as much in advance as possible and we will find you somewhere free to sleep. Alternately there are a wide range of paid accommodations available around campus. Lunch: The Student Union is a ten minute walk from the gym, it has more than a dozen restaurants to chose from. You are also welcome to bring a sack lunch into the gym. Dinner: We will be providing an ice cream and pizza dinner Saturday night at 5:45. This is included in the cost of the camp.
