VA DIV 2013 Y14 SN Quals & U17/U20 Champs

This is the 2013 Virginia Division qualifier tourney to the Y14 USA Fencing Summer Nationals. This is also the VA DIV Junior and Cadet Championships. FOR Y14 EVENTS: IF THERE ARE NOT 4 FENCERS PREREGISTERED FOR AN EVENT BY REGISTATION CLOSE, THE EVENT WILL NOT BE FENCED AND THE FENCERS PREREGISTERED WILL NOT HAVE TO SHOW UP TO THE RICHMOND FENCING CLUB. IF THERE ARE NOT 4 FENCERS PREREGISTERED, THOSE WHO ARE PREREGISTERED WILL QUALIFY AND THEIR NAMES WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL OFFICES AS Y14 QUALIFIERS FOR SUMMER NATIONALS. THERE WILL BE NO "MORNING OF" REGISTRATIONS FOR ANY Y14 EVENT. PRE REGISTATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT FRIDAY. Fees: $35 per event and you MUST be Pre-Registered for the Y14 SN Qualifiers on AskFred. A member can declare a division affiliation based on his or her residence, location of the school that member is attending or location of club that the member will represent in USFA competitions. Each year a member must declare the division affiliation for that membership year. That division is then the one from which the fencer must qualify to the USA Fencing National Championships and the Junior Olympic Fencing Championships.
