Registration is open now. Regular Registration closed by 11:59pm on August 6th: NOTICE: after August 6th. ALL FEES INCREASE Alliance Fencing will be our Equipment Vendor for the ROC. Please read the waiver for more information about the venue and events. Registering confirms that you have read and agreed to the conditions in the packet and waivers. Fees: Until Midnight, August 6th: - $30 registration fee - $40 per event IMPORTANT NOTICE: IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION (IE REGISTER AND PAY), ALL FEES WILL INCREASE. Double Fees After August 6th until Midnight, August 13th - $60 registration fee - $80 per event After August 13th, triple fee Walk In registration Only. - $90 registration fee - $120 per event Registration closes on August 13 at Midnight. After this date, Walk-Ins will be allowed on a case by case basis. Use the "Contact the Organizer" to Register. YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION (I.E. PAY) BY THE DATES ABOVE. There will be a $25 surcharge for returned checks. Registration fee is non-refundable; event fees will be refunded if the organizer is notified before August 14th. Refunds for Event fees will be processed after the tournament.
