UCSB's Olé! Open

Welcome to UC Santa Barbara: "Olé! Olé! Olé! Gauchos!" This year, the UCSB Fencing team is running a fundraiser 3-weapons open. This tournament is a fundraiser in support of the UCSB Fencing Team's travel to Collegiate National Championships every Spring. We just recently returned from Lansing, Michigan! All USFA rules regarding equipment and safety will be strictly enforced. Participants must show proof of USFA membership if they are not included in the USFA database by May 5. Membership may be purchased at the event. Events are for Seniors -- meaning participants must be born in 2003 or earlier (or be on the appropriate NRP lists). We will have prizes for winners in all events. Registration Entry Fee is 30$/event with preregistration on FRED. 50$/event without FRED registration. College students get a $5 discount on registration per event. Bring your current college ID and show it when you register. Preregistration closes on 05/10/2017 at midnight. Events Scheduled: Mixed Foil: 9:30 am Mixed Epee: 12 pm Mixed Saber: 1:30 pm Location and Parking The Olé Open will be held in the UCSB Recreation Center.
