For registration times and more info:http://www.texasfencingacademy.net/news.html ------------------ Important Info: ------------------- Tournament: TFA Youth Tournament Date(s): 11/16/2003 Location: Texas Fencing Academy, Austin, TX Event --- Registration Closes -CDT Epee --- 11 am -Y10/Y12 Epee ---12 pm -Y14 Epee --- 1 pm -CDT Foil --- 8 am -Y10 Foil --- 9 am -Y12 Foil --- 10 am -Y14 Foil --- 11 am -Y10/Y12 Saber --- 2 pm -Y14/CDT Saber --- 3 pm FORMAT:Max. 50% of field receives medals (Ex. Minimum 7 fencersrequired in an event for 4 medals to be awarded). Event must have 6fencers to be fenced. RULES:All fencing is electric and USFA rules will be applied (pantsmust overlap jacket by 10cm (approx. 5in.), socks required to come upto pants, underarm protector required). If you don't have electric equipment borrow some from your club. TheTexas Fencing Academy will have some equipment available for rental($3) on a first come first served basis. Proof of USFA membership is required. Don't let this stop you. We'llhave membership forms at the door ($30/year).
