Silver Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA CHECK IN ======== - The venue will open at 6:30 AM each day - A separate scanner will be dedicated for Y8 check in - If you are fencing another event in the Fairfax Challenge RYC, you will need to scan your card twice, once in the Y8 check-in station, and another time at the RYC check-in station - Please arrive with your membership card, legible copy, or a copy of the card on your phone - If you are fencing other RYC event, you don't have to bring a waiver for Y8, otherwise bring Y8 waiver with you and hand it to the Bout Committee SCHEDULE OF EVENTS =================== Times listed below indicate the close of check-in for each specific event. Fencing starts few minutes after the close of check-in Friday April 14 - 9:30 AM Y8WS - 1:00 PM Y8MS Saturday April 15 - 9:30 AM Y8WE - 1:00 PM Y8ME Sunday April 16 - 9:30 AM Y8WF - 1:00 PM Y8MF Age Limit ======== Y8 = 2014-2017 REGISTRATION and EVENT FEES =========================== Please note that registration fee for Y8 is refundable if you are fencing Y10 event. We will hand you a check the day of the event Regular fees until Thursday April 13, 2023, 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $40, and Event fee is $60/event No Late fees Starting April 14, 2023, No Online registration is permitted Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees if there is a space in the event, and approved by the Bout Committee REFUND ======= Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE Refund requests must be received by Friday March 31, 2023 11:59 PM PDT. Refund of events fees can be requested by sending an email to fairfaxchallenge@hotmail.com Starting April 1, 2023, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request and will be paid by check that can be mailed out to your address or hand it to you at the day of the tournament if you will be there. NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events after the refund deadline EQUIPMENT CHECK ================= Equipment check is open each day at 6:30 am to the end of day. We ask you to stay in the line only if your event time is within the next 90 minutes, or if there is no one in the line.
