San Diego Cup Foil Youth #1 - Bianchini Trophy - Progressive Foil Tournament. San Diego Division Sanctioned USA Fencing Events. Fencers can fencing more what one event at same day. SD Cup Events are posted by Gender but can be fenced Mixed if less than 5 fencers registered. Sunday October 2nd 2016. Events Scheduled: Y10 Men's Foil - Canceled Y10 Women's Foil - Canceled Y12 Men's Foil - 11:30am Y12 Women's Foil - 11:30am Y14 Men's Foil - 2:00pm Y14 Women's Foil - 2:00pm Open Mixed Foil (Unsanctioned) - Canceled Preregistration opens on 05/17/2016. Preregistration closes on 10/01/2016. Food and beverages will be available for sale. Fencing Store http://www.GFencing.Net will be present at competition. Tournament Format: Standard - Single round of pools, 100% promotion to single Direct elimination table. There will be medals for the top three finishing fencers in each event. Equipment Check: Mask checks are mandatory. Mask and glove checks will be done at the armory table. Gloves with holes, rips, tape or loose seams will not be approved. Volunteers: Please help us run the events even smoother by volunteering. Fencers and supporters alike will benefit from learning the process from start to finish. This knowledge will assuredly give you a competitive edge. Officials: If you'd like to be an official referee, time keeper or floor judge for an event, please contact us as well. Fencers: Please bring proof of current USFA membership or register on-site. Entry fee is $20 if pre-registered or $25 for walk-in. Pre Register online or at the club.
