If there are major changes to registration numbers and all

fencers are present we will try to start your events early. If you did not

preregister you can walk-on for triple fees--if the event is fencing. The

reason for this is the time and expense to plan referees, venue time, and

organizer time. Fencers are responsible for ensuring they meet USA Fencing

eligibility criteria and register on time.

CASH and CHECK accepted at the door.

Having trouble signing up? Make sure that you are a current USA Fencing Member:https://member.usafencing.org/search/members?page=4 and that your division is set to Minnesota in your USA Fencing profile. Bout Committee cannot fix errors (division, age, citizenship/residency status, etc..) cannot fix your USA Fencing or AskFred accounts for you. You will need to contact USA fencing or AskFred for help well before the event registration deadline..

You must have at least the Access Membership to compete in qualifiers and if you want to go to Summer Nationals you will need to upgrade to Competitive membership.

This is the MN Division Qualifying tournament for Summer Nationals in Milwaukee, WI for members of the Minnesota Division, for the events both Men's and Women's events in the Y14 (birth year 2010-2013) and Division 2/3 (C & under, b. birth year 2011 or earlier) categories.. Summer Nationals Information

Fencers MUST BE PREREGISTERED BY Saturday 4/19/2025 to compete in Division Qualifiers: This enables us to hire the appropriate amount of staff to handle the event. The final event times will be posted on 4/20/2025 . Please plan to reserve the day for the event. We will attempt to start all events as close to the close of check-in as possible.

The top 3 or top 25% (whichever is greater) fencers in each event qualify for Summer Nationals in those events.

Only events with 4 or more fencers at close of registration will be contested. Registrants will be emailed so they will know if they need to fence or qualify based on low registration. If you qualify for Div 2 and you are eligible to fence Div 3, you also automatically qualify for that. There is not a separate Div3 event.

Entry fee:

$40 for one event, +$20 for each additional event CASH or CHECK ONLY to be paid at the event. Those that did not pre-register may show up for events that are fencing and pay triple fees to enter. It is the parent/athlete responsibility to sign up for events before registration closes.
