FRED Announces the PDX Winter 2017 Progressive #5 Fifth of 8 Progressive tournaments, Youth Y12/Y14 is limited to club members only. The OPEN category IS open to other clubs-must be USFA members and have full regulation gear. Points accumulate over the series, with a grand prize for the over-all winner of each category at the end of the series. Awards to top 3 at each event.
