You must prepay by sending a check to Northwestern. Deadline for refund requests is Thursday before tournament. Checks must be received before tournament. See below. ALSO, as a ROC, there will be a full weapons check. Weapons check will be open 7-9 PM on Friday and at 6:45 AM Saturday and Sunday. The Remenyik Open is again one of the tournaments of the 2011-12 USFA Regional Open Circuit (ROC). The top fencers will qualify to the 2012 Division 1A at Summer Nationals as per the ROC qualification path. NOTE: 1 DAY MEMBERSHIPS CANNOT BE USED FOR QUALIFYING EVENTS SUCH AS THE ROC. Our sponsor is Absolute Fencing who will supply all of the NAC quality scoring equipment and be on site for all your equipment needs. The Armorer will also provide personal armoring on a fee per basis. $45 for each event (includes $5 ROC fee). $25 late fee if not preregistered AND prepaid.
