There is additional parking available in the lot across the street. Preregistration fee: $35 Events are limited to 42 fencers. There will be no waitlist. If max capacity is reached you will have to monitor the site for withdrawals. Medals awarded to top 3(4) Preregistration without payment is not considered a complete registration. If you do not complete your registration with payment you will not fence; there are no walk-ins. PLEASE NOTE: If you earn a classification higher than a D before this event and you are already registered you may still fence. Earning a higher classification after registration does not make you ineligible to compete in this event. No refunds after May 7, 2022 No refunds for self-withdrawal. Refunds must be requested before the stated deadline and must be done by the organizer (merritt55@comcast.net). Please note: refunds are NOT credited to your credit card. We must send a check so please, if you request a refund, put your address in the email. Please do not self-withdraw. Ask organizer so others in event may be notified if registered fencer number drops below 6. The division is not responsible for any payment issues on askfred. COVID POLICY - Properly worn masks are required by all fencers, coaches, referees, and spectators. One spectator per minor-aged participant only. Event times may change depending on number of entries. When men's and women's events are to start at the same time or within 30 minutes of each other, the meets may be combined at the discretion of the meet managers if either event has fewer than six entries. Events will be mixed if fewer than 6 preregistered competitors and cancelled if fewer than six when mixed. If Saturday women's events do not reach 6 and there is room to add to men and create a mixed event, you will be notified. You may fence in only one individual event event per day unless you are qualifying in more than one weapon. If you register for two events on the same day, you MUST present yourself at the appropriate strip when called or withdraw. We will not hold up an event if you are still fencing in another event. If event is cancelled you will receive an email. Events "D" and higher may be mixed when fewer than 10 fencers of either gender have registered.
