PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TOURNAMENTS AT SEACOAST FENCING CLUB WILL BE ON SATURDAYS THIS SEASON --------------------------------------------------------- COVID-19 PROTOCOLS (for fencers and spectators): UPON ENTERING THE BUILDING, YOU MUST SHOW A COVID-19 VACCINATION RECORD CARD, OR A NEGATIVE TEST TAKEN WITHIN 72 HOURS. BREATH MASK MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, including while fencing. Practice social distancing. Fencers under the age of 18 may have have one parent or guardian with them. For all others, no spectators will be allowed. EACH CLUB MAY HAVE ONE COACH PRESENT. --------------------------------------------------------- Mixed Foil and Women's Epee are the first events Phone number at the club is 603/428-7040 For all events: entry fee is $20, and will be self directed. This tournament is NOT using pre-pay on askFred. You pay at the door- cash or check, no credit cards please. One round of pools, 100% to direct elimination. USFA competitive membership required. Preregistration closes 9/28. Events with fewer than six by close of pre-registration will be cancelled. Entry fee without timely preregistration will have $5 added to the entry fee (maximum limits still apply). To ensure a smooth running event, maximum entry limits have been set. Estimated end times are for maximum entries. Events will finish earlier if there are fewer participants: Mixed Foil.........max limit 21 (should be over by 2:30 pm) Mixed Epee.......max limit 28 (should be over by 8:00 pm) Mixed Saber......CANCELLED (did not meet minimum entries) Women's Foil....max limit 8 (should be over by 4:00 pm) Women's Epee...max limit 8 (should be over by 2:30 pm)
