Pre-Season Intensive FOIL Training Camp

Come to PrecisionAFC to break a sweat, improve your skills, and prepare for the 2022-2023 competitive season! This intensive training camp is perfect for those athletes that planning on attending tournaments, both local and national level. We will run through workouts, footwork, blade drills, tactical bouting, and more. Lunch is provided on all 5 days! COACH BIO: Forrest MacDougall has been involved in the sport of fencing for over 2 decades, having started when he was only 8 years old. He is a professionally accredited coach, certified by the United States Fencing Coaches Association, and Acadamie Internationale d'Armes. Forrest has been appointed for many years now as a designated National Coach for the USA Cadet/Junior teams at various World Cups. He has served as the National Coach for the Cadet/Junior Pan American Championships three times (2018 Costa Rica, 2020 El Salvador, & 2022 Peru), where he led the American foil squads to a total of 32 medals, 14 of which were gold. Forrest also competed at Senior World Cups & Grand Prix events while representing Team USA before he retired from being a competitive athlete and transitioned to being a full-time coach.
