The processing fee is non-refundable, unless your event is cancelled. Any event fees will be promptly refunded if you are unable to attend or fence for any reason. MISC POLICIES Times posted are close of registration, not the exact start time. We always strive to begin an event within 30 minutes of close. Fencers in multiple events WILL NOT BE GIVEN BREAK TIME between pool or DE bouts in different events. This severely delays the tournament, and the USFA only requires a 10 minute break between DE bouts in the same event. All events are sanctioned USFA events. Membership is required. Please join the USFA, if needed, prior to the tournament. Per Division policy, no event with fewer than 4 entries will be fenced. No events with fewer than 8 entries will include direct eliminations. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR POOR CONDUCT. This applies to spectators, fencers and coaches. All referees and administrators deserve respect and patience for doing a tough job.
