Spring camp to learn about Fencing at AIC Fencing. Limited number of participants to maximize instruction time with the top coaches, plus the agility, speed, strength, & conditioning classes.

One week Fun & Intensive Foil & Epee Camp with Top Coaches!!! ( age 7 -16) @ new address: 13525 Dulles Technology Dr, #102 Herndon, VA 20171 Enjoy fencing games, footwork, tournament play and friendships!  Specialized agility, speed, strength, and conditioning training. Daily hot lunch and snacks included. Daily Schedule: • 9:00-9:30 am Fencers check-in • 9:30 – 10:00 am Warm-up • 10:00 – 11:00 am Speed, Agility &Conditioning Training • 11:00 – 12:00 Fencing Foot work Training • 12:00 – 1 pm Lunch • 1 pm – 2 pm Strategy, Reaction Time, and distance training • 2 pm – 4 pm Epee & Foil tournament play • 4 pm – 4:30 pm pick up $450 per week, $100 per day.
