Convention Center Way, Ontario, CA 91764 CHECK IN ======== The venue will open at 6:30 AM each day. We will utilize the Fencing Time Auto Check-in feature to speed up the process. Please arrive with your membership card or legible copy. A picture of your membership card on your phone is also acceptable. If your membership card doesn't show "DOB Verified = Yes", you will have to bring proof of date of birth (copy or phone image is acceptable) SCHEDULE OF EVENTS =================== Times listed below indicate the close of check-in for each specific event. Fencing starts few minutes after the close of check-in Friday March 18, 2022 8:30 AM Y8WS 8:30 AM Y8MS Saturday March 19, 2022 12:00 PM Y8WE 12:00 PM Y8ME Sunday March 20, 2022 12:00 PM Y8WF 12:00 PM Y8MF Age Limit ======== Y8 = 2013-2016 REGISTRATION and EVENT FEES =========================== **Please note that registration fees for Y8 are refundable if you are fencing Y10 event. We will hand you a check the day of the event** Regular fees until Monday February 28th, 2022, 11:59 PM PST - Registration $40, and Event fee is $55/event Late fees (Triple) from March 1st until Monday March 14th 11:59 PM PST - Registration $120 and Event fee is $165/event Starting March 15th, 2022, No Online registration is permitted Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees if there is a space in the event, and approved by the Bout Committee REFUND ======= Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE Refund requests must be received by Friday March 4th, 2022, 11:59 PM PST. Refund of events fees can be requested by sending an email to fortunefencing@hotmail.com Starting March 5th, 2022, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request and will be paid to the original credit card used at the time of signup. All refunds are processed by USA Fencing National Office. NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events EQUIPMENT CHECK ================= Equipment check is open each day at 6:30 am to the end of day. We ask you to stay in the line only if your event time is within the next 90 minutes, or if there is no one in the line.
