Blade Runners 2025

Welcome to Blade Runners. The name is taken from a long ago fencing club once based in Brazoria County.

This is the annual Spring tournament of the Alvin Fencers Club chapter of the Rogue Fencers Guild.

Please note that due to the size of the venue and the number of events, all events are capped at 6 fencers each.

USA Fencing Access Level membership (or higher) required.

Birthyear key to the events:

Y10: 2014 - 2017

Y12: 2012 - 2015

Y14: 2010 - 2013

Senior: 2011 or earlier.

9:00 AM Unrated Senior Men's Foil

9:00 AM Unrated Senior Women's Epee

10:00 AM Unrated Y12 Men's Epee

10:00 AM Unrated Y12 Women's Epee

12:00 PM Unrated Y14 Mixed Epee

1:00 PM Unrated Senior Women's Foil

1:00 PM Unrated Senior Men's Epee

1:00 PM Unrated Senior Blind Mixed Epee

3:00 PM Unrated Y10 Mixed Epee

Fees:

Registration: $20.00

Event: $20.00

Fees to be paid at the venue: Cash; Check; or Zelle

Event Format:

Round Robin Pools, 100% promotion to the Direct Elimination Rounds.

Y10 DEs will be to 10 points.

All other events' DEs will be to 15 points

All fencers (or their parents, if they are under 21 years of age) must complete a Waiver of Liability, which will be available at the venue.
