- Footwork
- Technical Drills
- Situational Bouting
12:00 - 1:00:
- Lunch
1:00 - 3:30:
- Competitive Bouting (2 hrs.+)
- Conditioning
- Stretching/ Yoga
!! Private lessons with Medeo coaches and Coach Slava will be available upon request. !!
What to bring:
- Lunch (nearby restaurants are not safely accessible by foot)
- Water
- Knee-length socks (Mandatory to fence)
- Extra towels/t-shirts as needed
- Fencing attire and working weapons/cords
