A great local tournament to prepare beginner and intermediate fencers for future regional and national Events and good practice for more experienced fencers. Y-8 and Y-10 events only.

The Masters Youth Cup Series is hosted by Tim Morehouse Fencing Club at our location at the Tim Morehouse Fencing Club at 210 West 91st St, Manhattan, NY 10024. Youth Cup competitions are youth-level tournaments designed for young fencers to gain valuable competition experience in a competitive environment. These tournaments are fantastic competitions for both new and experienced competitors alike. Location: 210 West 91st St, Manhattan, NY 10024 *All times represent the close of check-in. Event start times are subject to change. Any change to event start times will be communicated to competitors via the email address registered with AskFRED, posted on the event page, and posted on our website. It is the fencer’s responsibility to ensure that the email associated with their AskFRED account is correct. Registration fee: $40 Event fee: $20/event Date of Tournament: 01/29/2023 Schedule: 3:30pm Youth-8 Mixed Saber [NEW TIME] 5:30pm Youth-10 Mixed Saber Registration deadline is: 1/25/2023 Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Tournament Organizers. Fencers competing in Y8 and Y10 events must use size 0 or 2 sabers. Ensure you have your own equipment before competing. Access or Competitive membership to the United States Fencing Association (USFA) is required to compete. Full USFA regulation uniform is required. Events will have one round of pools with 100% promotion to Direct Elimination round. No fence off for third place. Medals awarded to Top-8 finishers. We stock everything from masks, to blades, to body cords, and even carry bags. If your fencer needs it, we have it. Tim Morehouse Fencing Club reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any persons exhibiting flu or cold-like symptoms and those failing to follow CDC coronavirus guidelines.
