Rising Stars Beginner Series #1

FRED Announces the Rising Stars Beginner Series #1 This is a series of tournaments for beginner fencers who have never competed outside of their club to gain experience, and for parents to learn how to help their child during a tournament. Fencers must have a USA Fencing membership. There will not be any ratings awarded for these tournaments.
