This is the 3rd in a series of Jr events sponsored by EIFC to give Jr age fencers a safe, age restricted event to compete and build their skills in preparation for local, regional, & national events.

Events Scheduled:

Event times will be based on the number of participants, Please check back 2 days prior to event for any last minute time changes. We will do our best to keep these changes within 60 mins of the original posting.
Preregistration opens on 10/04/2023.
Preregistration CLOSES on 06/07/2023.
All registrants Not making it on the Whos Coming page (by the preregistration deadline) will be considered Same-Day pricing ($60).
Pay early via VENMO or at the door.**CASH/CHECK/VENMO**only. We will Not take credit card payments at the door.

Fee is $50--pre-registered and $60 for Same-Day registrants. Pre-registration online closes 4 days before the tournament.
We plan to have certified refs, there will be no self-reffing!

Tournament Format:
Standard - Single round of pools, 100% promotion to single Direct elimination table.
There will be medals for the top three finishing fencers in each event.
Equipment Check:Mask checks are mandatory. Current USFA rules will be applied.

Mask and glove checks will be done at check-in. Gloves with holes, rips, tape, or lose seams will not be approved. Masks with their screen or seals broken, insecure, missing, pulled up, or back straps missing or broken will not be approved.
**Volunteers:
Please help us run the events even smoother by volunteering. Fencers and supporters alike will benefit from learning the process from start to finish. This knowledge will assuredly give you a competitive edge.**
Officials:
If you'd like to be an official referee, timekeeper or floor judge for an event, please contact us as well.
Fencers:
Please bring proof of current USFA membership or be prepared to register online on-site using your own smartphone or computer.
Local Health & Safety Regulations
In addition to the USA Fencing Covid protocol, local, divisional and regional tournament organizers must follow local and state COVID regulations, guidelines and restrictions.
