W&M Halloween Open 2022

There will be a sign up sheet at the event for those who show up wishing to compete on a first come first served basis. Any waitlist signup beyond the slots listed above may not be allowed to compete. Any no-shows to the event will open a space per no show to. We will not be able to add another pool to any event, so please understand this if you plan to show. PAYMENT for any of the adds from the above process will need to be made in CASH (Exact Change Please) or in Check, Venmo or PayPal. NO CREDIT CARDS ============================================================== The Annual Halloween Open IS A CLUB FUNDRAISER supported by the VA Division and will be held on October 22/23 at the W&M Bee McLeod Recreation Center - Miller Gym 1&2. All net profit of this event goes to support the William and Mary Fencing Club. Senior Mixed AND D & Under events beginning at 9:00 with medals to the 8. $30 event fee MUST be PrePaid here on AskFred by October 19th. No Exceptions will be made for incomplete registrations. The William & Mary Fencing Club has organized this event with the VA Division, and the division promises a well run college club event with highly rated referees and bout committee. Events will be competed on a gym floor with strips taped out. $30 per event fee must be paid in advance here on AskFred. Unpaid preregistrations will be deleted after registration close date of 10/19/2022. Requests to be added to the event before or after tournament close MAY BE DECLINED, due to space or referee limitations.
