Houston Four Seasons Cup, Open (13+)

This Houston Four Seasons Cup is the last of four Houston Cup tournaments that run during the 2021-2022 fencing season. Signature Houston Four Seasons Cup medals for the top 4 finishers. Signature Houston Four Seasons Cup trophy for the best fencer in the points standings after 4 tournaments. Tournament will be held at Alliance Fencing Academy: 1212A Cedar Post Lane Houston, TX. 77055 Close of registration: **Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to close of registration to dress, check in and warm up** EVENT SCHEDULE: 10:00 AM: Senior Women's Epee 1:00 PM: Senior Men's Epee Current USFA membership is required. WAIVER: Please pre-print and bring the tournament waiver to your event (see the link above). The weavers also will be available at the door. Parent signatures required on all forms for fencers under the age of 18. TOURNAMENT FEE: $35.00 per event $5 Late fee will be charge if no pre-registration on AskFred. Pre-registration closes midnight the Wednesday before the event. TOURNAMENT FORMAT: One round of pools. 100% promotion to the Direct Elimination (DE) round. DE to the 1st place. Full fencing uniform is required: mask, glove, knickers, socks that cover to the bottom of knickers, underarm protector, chest protector for girls/boys, cup recommended for boys. A MINIMUM of 2 working weapons and 2 working body cords required for each fencer. Additional fencing gear will be available for purchase at the club.
