Central California Divisional Division 2/3 and Veterans Summer National Qualifiers
))) PLEASE NOTE: D2WS is now at 4:30pm. (((
This tournament is the qualification path for "Central California" fencers ONLY who wish to compete in the Division 2 or Division 3 Summer National events and who have not already qualified for Div 2/3 or VET through a ROC event or respective NAC's. This Div 2/3 event qualifies fencers for both Div 2 and Div 3 and VET championship events, based on placement and rating of the fencers. Only fencers with national points will be skipped over in the results allowing lower placed fencers a qualifying position. Fencers already qualified by regional points are not skipped, there by eliminating that qualification opportunity for other fencers. If you have already qualified by REGIONAL points, we kindly ask that you do not fence this event.
The top 25% qualify in each event with a minimum of 3 fencers qualifying. In case of 12 or fewer participants, there will be fence-off for 3rd place.
Open only on to Central California Division Fencers with a C, D, E or U and current competitive USFA membership. As this is a National Championship Qualifier, fencers must be US citizens or permanent US residents to participate in this tournament and the Summer National Championships. Your USA Fencing membership must indicate Central California Division and that you represent the USA.
Please bring your USFA membership card and a government issued ID to verify your eligibility to fence in this event in case it is not yet verified by the USFA.
