ISU Cantaloupe

Welcome to ISUFC's fourteenth annual Cantaloupe, the first of our two annual tournaments. Along with a medal, first, second, and third place will receive a fruit to commemorate their victory, as well as a special fruit for those who would like to fence all three weapons. All events are expected to be sanctioned, and a USA Fencing competitive membership will be required (please bring proof). Equipment must be up to standard and gloves and masks will be checked. COVID INFORMATION in accordance with USFA guidelines masks must be worn at all times by all in attendance, including fencers, refs, and spectators. The gym space will be entirely reserved for this tournament, however the locker rooms provided in Beyer Hall are not connected directly to the gym room we have reserved. There is a bathroom upstairs that can be used to change and anyone from ISUFC can direct you to it. REGISTRATION is $15 plus $5 per event. We will accept cash or checks at check-in (card transactions available with an additional service fee). First place for each event receives a cantaloupe, second gets an orange, third gets a banana, and anyone who competes in all three weapons receives a mango. LOCATION will be at Beyer Hall of Iowa State University, and there should be parking in the lot to the North of Beyer Hall. (Times listen below are for close of registration and events will begin shortly after. Please try to arrive early to make sure we get you checked in and ready in time).
