2021 Halloween Open: Back From the Dead

$30 entry fee - $10 each additional event - college students $20 first event, $10 each additional event with valid ID. Prizes this year: Skulls are bigger and better than ever! Finalists have the option to choose a medal instead of a skull! https://www.facebook.com/220836944636684/posts/1711592055561158/ Location: New Campus Recreation Center, on Eastern Kentucky University campus. ***PARKING **** Due to construction, parking lot next to Weaver is limited. Enter campus via Park Drive from Lancaster Ave. There is a drop-off circle next to Weaver and the New Rec Center. After unloading, turn left on Lancaster, then left into Model School. Proceed to Mattox/Whitlock parking lot. Locker rooms and showers are available. Events Scheduled: Mixed Epee (women's fence-off included) Mixed Foil (women's fence-off included) Mixed Saber (women's fence-off included) Women who enter mixed events will have a fence-off for placement (women's DE table will be set up based on pool results). Overall event winners will receive Day of the Dead ceramic skulls from Mexico, as will first/second/third place men's and women's event winners. Prizes include Day of the Dead trophies from Mexico! Costume Contest included - people only fencing Saturday should bring a costume for photos, as we will judge the costume contest on Sunday! Best costume wins a Day of the Dead Skull trophy!
