USFA-recognized HS meet; USFA membership not required. Grades 7-12 only. To compete you must be a Minnesota resident, attend a Minnesota school, or be a member of a fencing club located in Minnesota. This will be a recognized high school tournament - if you are a USFA competitive or high school member in grades 9-12, you may earn USFA ratings in the individual events. However, USFA memberships are NOT required to compete, and 7-8th graders may compete.
IMPORTANT: This tournament is entirely TREE NUT-FREE. Do not bring any form of tree nut to the tournament (peanuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, almonds, etc). Please remember this when packing snacks for the day.
Please note that:
- The MN HS Coaches' Association requires 800 NW gloves for sabre. These are already required in USFA competitions.
- This tournament is held at the Saint Paul Academy - Randolph Campus, you may park near and enter through the Huss Entrance.
- Doors open 7:00 AM.
- Concessions will be available.
- Check-in will open 1 hour before each event. When checking in, give bout committee the name of your school.
Individual entry fee is $30.00 pre-registered, $90 on-site registration. Each individual may only compete in one event.
Team event will be held on 2/23. Coaches will register their team/s.
