Fencers Club Veteran Foil and Epee Competition

Join us for our 2nd Vet Foil and Epee events of the season! Entry fees are $45 per event if pre-registered or $65 walk-ins day of. Please remember to bring your USA Fencing Membership ID number. Conductive mask bibs are required for Vet Foil. We will be running two veteran combined epee events and two veteran combined foil events separated into men's and women's. All four events will start shortly after registration times close at 1:00 PM. Please arrive at least half an hour to an hour in advance to get ready and be prepared to fence! Events Scheduled (please note, these times are close of registration): Vet Combined Women's Epee - 1:00 PM Vet Combined Men's Epee - 1:00 PM Vet Combined Women's Foil - 1:00 PM Vet Combined Men's Foil - 1:00 PM The above times are NOT start times! Events generally start fencing about 15 to 30 minutes after close of registration. Eligibility You must belong to USA Fencing or another FIE federation with proof of membership in order to compete. Join or renew at http://usfencing.org/us-fencing-membership. If you need to join the USA Fencing on-site, you will need a separate check or credit card # for their form. For the $25 one-day membership option, you MUST complete the membership online at usfencing.org ahead of time and bring your e-mail confirmation with you. Competition Format One round of seeding pools with 100% promotion to direct elimination. Direct elimination will be bouts up to 10 touches. Preregistration opens on 08/12/2019. Preregistration closes on 01/03/2020.
