2019 Western PA Summer Nationals Qualifier

Note: PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED Fees: $10 per event for AskFred pre-registration; an additional $15 per event on the day of competition for events fenced. This qualifier is open only to members of the Western PA Division. This qualifier is for the 2019 USA Fencing Summer Nationals which will be held in Columbus, OH Y14: fencers born between 2004 and 2007 (or Y12 National Points) Division II: fencers rated C or below AND born in 2005 or earlier Division III: fencers rated D or below AND born in 2005 or earlier An 800N sabre glove is required for all sabre events. Chest protectors for foil fencers must adhere to the new USA Fencing rule of competition m.25.4 requiring the outside of the chest protector to be covered with a soft material and bear the appropriate SEMI technical mark. PRE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURE * Pre-register on AskFred * Write check to total number of events X $10 * Make check payable to: US Fencing Association Western PA Division * Mail check to: Renee Weiss Western PA Division Secretary 2250 Clairmont Drive Pittsburgh PA 15241 * Envelope must be postmarked by Friday, March 8th, 2019. All above steps must be completed in order to fence. For events fenced, an additional $15 will be charged per event on the day of competition.
