Firebird Cup

FRED and Indianapolis Fencing Club Announces the 7th Annual Firebird Cup - an Indiana Division event. Come join us Saturday, April 14th, for the 7th Annual Firebird Cup fencing tournament hosted by IFC in Indianapolis at Indianapolis Fencing Clubs fencing facility - Abundant Life Church gym, 7606 E 82nd Street, Indianapolis. This is a 3-weapon mixed open event with fencing in all three Olympic weapons - Foil/Epee/Sabre - $20.00 per event to fence - $25 if not preregistered. This event is scheduled in conjunction with Indiana Division USA Fencing Summer National Qualifier. Doors open for onsite registration and check-in at 8AM - with fencing getting under way in Mixed Epee at 9A. This is a Indiana Division and USA Fencing sanctioned event, so USA Fencing membership and age restrictions (must be at least 13 years of age, as of January 1st in order to compete) is required, along with all equipment and uniform requirements. If not currently a member, membership can be obtained at venue on day of event. Pre-registration for all events is available and encouraged at AskFred. Pre-registration closes on April 13, 2018. Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers - including the prestigious Firebird Cup to all 1st place winners.
