DELTA March Open - Youth & Senior

March 1: We still have space. If you want to fence, but have missed the pre-registration, come on Sunday, $40 at-the-door fee (cash or credit card), we'll be happy to have you. This is a USA Fencing sanctioned epee tournament with two events running in parallel: senior mixed open, and Youth (Y10Y12) mixed. The doors open at 9:15 AM. All the fencers must be present by 10:00 AM. Format: One round of pools; all fencers promoted into simple direct eliminations. Fencing off for the third place. The final bout is fenced with mask lights, like in the finals of the Olympic Games and the World Championships! If you are in the finals, but are uncomfortable with mask lights, you may opt out of having the lights in your mask; if you'd like the lights but they do not fit into your mask, we'll be glad to let you use one of our masks where the lights install OK. Entry fee: $30. Refund policy: If you have registered, but are unable to come, we will be happy to refund your fees paid, as long as you let us know no latter than the close of registration, the end of the day on Wed, Feb 28. The Senior Open event is limited to 16 fencers, and Youth to 8, first come - first served. Pre-registration is required, including the payment of the tournament fees, no later than the end of the day on Wednesday, Feb 28 2018.
