Schoolhouse Fencing Region IV Epee RJCC

Schoolhouse Fencing is proud to host this Regional Junior and Cadet Circuit for men's and women's epee COMBINED with an all-weapon RYC. Pre-registration and payment is required. Registration is $20 and $30 for each event. Late payment at the door will be allowed with the event fee increasing to $60 per event. Events Scheduled: Cadet (U17) Women's Epee 12/16 12:00pm Cadet (U17) Men's Epee 12/17 12:00pm Junior (U20) Women's Epee 12/17 8:00am Junior (U20) Men's Epee 12/16 8:00am Preregistration opens on 08/27/2017. Preregistration closes on 12/15/2017. For refund of event fee(s), withdrawals must be received via email no later than Monday, November 27, 2017. Registration fees are nonrefundable. Refunds are processed 2-4 weeks following the tournament. Kaysville is just 25 miles north of the Salt Lake International Airport. For hotel accommodations, Layton is just five miles north and has multiple Hilton and Marriott hotel options. Courtyard by Marriott or Fairfield Inn are both just a few miles from the venue. Hilton Garden Inn is also the same distance. Venue will be open Friday, December 15 from 4:00pm-8:00pm for armory check. Fencers are welcome to open bout or take lessons that evening if desired. Venue will open at 7:00am on December 16 and 17 for armory check. At the venue, water, gatorade, bananas and granola bars will be for sale. There is a grocery store two miles away and restaurants are close by. There will not be equipment for sale at this event, so please bring ample equipment. Strips are grounded Absolute Fencing strips, typical of NAC quality strips. FOC representative will be Mark Stasinos and quality referees will be hired.
