The proceeds from this tournament will benefit the American Diabetes Association. Eligibility: All currently registered USFA fencers (or at least by the day of the event) are eligible to compete. Age eligibility for Senior events can be located in the Athletes Handbook which is located on the USFencing.org website. Confirmed preregistration requires advance payment of the $30.00 registration fee, if you wish to pay just the registration fee please contact the organizer for other payment options than using askFRED. Event fees can be paid at the doors in case or by check without an additional late fee. Preregistration ends September 1, 2017. Event T-Shirts Official T-Shirts will be available during the event. More information on the price, colors, and design will be available later. All participants that register before 11:59 PM on August 15, will receive a free tournament t-shirt. T-shirts will be available to all others for a nominal fee. Tournament Rules All fencers must be current competitive members of the USFA. Please join or renew your USFA membership prior to the tournament. Fencer's will be asked to provide proof of current membership at check-in. Foreign fencers must be members of their nation's fencing association or possess an FIE license. Full USFA regulation uniform is required, including plastron, knickers, and knee-length socks. No jeans or sweatpants allowed. Names are NOT required on fencer uniforms. The following items will be tested: body cords, masks, head cords, lames, and gloves. Payment of the late fee is based on the date that askFRED shows you as preregistered, not the date that payment is made.
