All current students of Zeta Fencing Youth Academy Y10/12 classes are welcome to participate. There is no additional fee, but ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

All current students of Zeta Fencing Youth Academy Y10/12 classes are welcome to join this beginner level tournament. This will be a fun, low-stress competition experience for our newest fencers. Friends and family are welcome to watch from the balcony. There is no tournament fee, but ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Fencers MUST arrive at least 45 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR EVENT STARTS in order to sign in, warm up and stretch, gear up, and fence some warm-up bouts! E.g., in order to fence Y10 women's epee at 1:00pm, the fencer has to be here at 12:15pm. Expect events to last 1-2 hours each (depending on the number of fencers) in addition to the 45 minutes preparation time. Please sign up for the event according to your child's age and fencing class: Girls 10 and under in Fencing 101 class - Y10 Women's Epee at 1:00pm Boys 10 and under in Fencing 101 class - Y10 Men's Epee at 1:00pm Girls 12 and under in Fencing 101 class - Y12 Women's Epee at 2:30pm Boys 12 and under in Fencing 101 class - Y12 Men's Epee at 2:30pm Girls any age in Sabre 101 class - Y10/12 Women's Saber at 4:00pm Boys any age in Sabre 101 class - Y10/12 Men's Saber at 4:00pm In order to preregister, you will have to enter your fencer into the AskFRED database. After you do this once, the name search will find the fencer next time and signing up becomes really easy. Here's what to do if you register for the first time: Click on "Preregister" (menu on top left) and search for your fencer's name. Once the system doesn't find your new fencer by his/her last name (because they aren’t in the system yet), click on "Create a New Fencer Record." Then, enter the information it asks for. - Division is "New England", - All ratings are "U" (for unrated), - Choose "Zeta Fencing (NENG)" for club affiliation.
