CWRU Spring Open

An open tournament hosted by the CWRU Fencing Club. Early registration deadline is 4/10/2017. Any registrations after this date will be an extra $5. Preregistration closes on 4/13/2017. $25 registration fee per event if preregistered by 4/10. $15 registration fee per event for CWRU Fencing Club members. UPDATE 4/11/17: All registrations made between now and 4/13 will be an extra $5 We will be conducting mask and glove checks! Additionally, due to availability of referees, we may request a few fencers to assist in refereeing a few bouts here and there in epee. UPDATE 4/10/17: Registration will be capped at 45 per event due to space restrictions. Sorry for the inconvenience! If registration is full, please send an email to fencingofficers@case.edu and you will be placed on a waitlist. Event Schedule: Mixed Foil - Registration closes 9:00AM Mixed Sabre - Registration closes 12:30AM Mixed Epee - Registration closes 2:30PM Venue: Locker rooms and restrooms are provided downstairs of the main gym, including showers. There is also a water fountain with water bottle filler on the main gym floor. Parking: Free parking can be found along Murray Hill Road, a short walk from the venue. There are meters along Circle Drive, and the Veale Parking Garage and University Hospitals Parking Garage across the street are also reasonable parking options, although they will charge a parking fee. The hospital garage is cheaper! Food: Various restaurants (Chipotle, Panera, Jimmy John's, etc.) can be found on Euclid in Uptown, approximately a 15min walk or 5min drive. The main double doors of the gym facing Adelbert Road will be propped open!
