All MI, IN, IL & OH Residents are eligible to participate & can register into the State Games of America like a traditional Meijer State Games of Michigan Winter Games.

Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Ohio Residents ALL MICHIGAN, INDIANA, ILLINOIS, AND OHIO RESIDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE and can register into the State Games of America like a traditional Meijer State Games of Michigan Summer Games. Non-Michigan Residents All gold, silver and bronze medalists from National Congress of State Games (NCSG) Member State programs (Winter and Summer) in 2015, 2016 and prior to July 1 of 2017 are eligible to compete in SGA 2017. All medalists from any previous State Games of America are also eligible to compete. AWARDS * Medals will be awarded to the Highest finishing 10 year old, and the highest finishing boy or girl, IF one does NOT make it into the top four of the Y10/12 events * Medals will be awarded to the Highest finishing Vet 50 and Vet 60, IF one does NOT make it into the top four of the Veterans events REGISTRATION & FEES (All fees are subject to change) Cost will be $40 pre-registration before July 30 for 1st event, $25 for each additional. Cost will be $45 and $30 after July 30. No registration allowed at the door. RULES USFA membership required; USFA rules and equipment requirements apply. If you only have a High School compitition membership, you will need to upgrade to a full competitive membership. College fencers must provide a complete current team roster. If failing to provide the team roster you will need upgrade your membership to a competitive membership. You may sign up for membership at the door. You may sign up online at www.usfencing.org and you will want a Competitive Membership - $70: Open to all persons upon payment of the dues for the membership year as specified herein. Competitive members have the right to enter and compete in local, divisional, regional, and national-level competitions, and may vote in elections of the USA Fencing membership subject to the member voting age restriction and deadlines as to the date of membership or be a candidate for office in USA Fencing elections. Competitive members may join for one-year term upon payment of dues as determined by the Board of Directors.
