End of Season Open

Last Meet of the 2016 fencing Season: Sunday July 31 Sunday the 24th is the last day to register at a discounted ($25.00) fee. After that, the Pre-entries on FRED will be $40.00. "Entries at the Door" are $50.00 Very important!!! Early registration does everyone a huge favor. We need to plan, we need referees arranged... Entering (on FRED) on or before July 24, the fee is $25.00 per event. Entering (on FRED) between July 25th and July 30th, the fee is $40.00 per event. Entering at the door, the fee is $50.00 per event. Any event that does not have at least 6 entries by July 27th MAY be cancelled. We will have a followup email to anyone entering online if that occurs. Each event will have beautiful medals for places 1, 2, & 3. If numbers and time allow, we will use our video replay system for the first place matches. We limit the size of our meets for safety (venue size) and to control quality and the time-frame. This meet will have a maximum number of 35 fencers (5 pools of 7, in one flight) allowed in each event. At check-in: You will need to pay the entry fee, show your USA Fencing competitive membership card, fill out a waiver (if not on file) and submit your mask and your glove for safety inspection. FORMAT: Format will be pool(s) and Direct Elimination 15 touch matches. Events Scheduled: Mixed Foil: 8:30AM, end of registration. All entries will be required to be current USA Fencing "competitive" members. Everyone involved in any fencing related activity (practice or tournament) at MSFA is required to wear full and complete uniforms and gear according to USA Fencing requirements.
