Spring On The Mohawk, Novice Sabre, Open & Veteran

The venue is located in the gym of St. Rosa Venerini Early Childhood Center, 1840 Van Vranken Avenue, Schenectady, NY 12308. For directions please visit www.fencingforall.com. An ample parking area is adjacent to the venue. Novice Mixed Sabre competition will be a non-USFA event. For this event, a Novice Fencer is a fencer fencing one year or less. Veteran and Open events will be USFA compliant and USFA membership will be required. USFA ID cards will be checked during check-in. For the USFA events full USFA required gear, knickers, knee high socks, under arm protector, jacket, mask with sewn in bib, 2 body cords, 2 working weapons and an overglove will be required. Registration for the Open Sabre event is limited to 32 entries. Medals will be awarded to the first four fencers in every event. Tournament fee is $25.00 for the first event, $15 for second event. Family with 2 fencers - $20 each. Registration accepted only via Askfred, no walk-ins will be accepted. Tournament fees will be collected at the door. This fee is not refundable. If less than 5 entries will be received for any event, this event may be combined with another one.
