Tournament fees must be PAID for entry to be complete (your entry is “incomplete” until payment (or payment arrangement) is made). Payment is made via AskFRED or at DFA. $35/event REFUND POLICY For refund of event fees, withdrawals must be received no later than April 18, 2015. AskFRED fees are nonrefundable. Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks following the tournament. To submit refund request: Notify amy@durkanfencing.com, and include mailing address. ================SCHEDULE OF EVENTS CLOSE OF CHECK-IN TIMES (subject to change): Fencers not checked in at posted close of check-in time will not be permitted to fence and no refund of fees given. Fencers must check-in each day they compete. We strongly encourage you arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before close of your event registration. Note that all memberships expire on July 31st, so if you have not renewed since July 31st you are not a current member. Must present membership card (or proof of membership payment) at check-in.
