Y14, Y12 and Y10 events in all weapons. Registration and prepayment is required for RYC events, No walk-ins allowed. Address: 1770 S Escondido Blvd Escondido CA 92025 Cost: Registration $30 plus $25 per event DEADLINE: Before Monday September 28, 2015 10pm PST registration must be confirmed and paid in full on AskFred. RYC events are run in accordance with USA Fencing rules and formats, this is a practice national event for our youth fencers and at National events you can not show up and pay at the door. EQUIPMENT: There will be a weapons check as it is required for RYC events. This will give our young fencers the practice needed for National events where they must always have their equipment checked before the start of their event. We will be checking masks, lames, sabre cuffs, body cords and mask leads. IN ORDER TO COMPETE, FENCERS MUST CHECK-IN AT THE VENUE WITH THE FOLLOWING IN HAND: 1. A USA Fencing membership card (valid for the current competitive season); AND 2. A waiver form that has been signed by a parent or legal guardian; AND 3. A birth-certificate (copy acceptable) or other government-issued identification showing the fencer's birth date. USA Fencing membership card with date of birth verification confirm will suffice. Refunds: For refund of event fees withdrawals must be received by September 28, 2015. Registration fees are nonrefundable. NOTE: This RYC has been sanctioned by the USA Fencing National Office. NOTE: All events in the SDFC RYC are also designated San Diego Division Cup events. Points accumulated will go towards the SD Div Cup for each age group.
