Lilov FA (LFA) Pre-Nationals M's & W's Sabre Open

USFA sanctioned event. Register on askfred.net before 6/10th and pay $50. Walk-in fee (any day after 6/10th) is $70. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Upon registering and entering this tournament, you agree to abide by the current rules of the USFA and Lilov Fencing. You enter this tournament at your own risk and release Lilov Fencing, USFA and its sponsors, referees, and tournament organizers from any liability. You expressly and willingly agree to assume complete responsibility for any known and unanticipated risk of injury that may arise from all activities associated with Lilov Fencing. You acknowledge that activities you will participate in are inherently dangerous and may cause serious physical or emotional injuries, including bodily injury, paralysis, damage/or loss to personal property, and/or death. DATE OF BIRTH AND USFA MEMBERSHIP: By registering to this tournament you certify that the birth date of the individual is as stated on the entry form and that the individual is a current competitive member of the USFA for the current fencing season. CONSENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT: You certify that on this date you give a written consent to Lilov Fencing and the USFA and its representatives to obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or clinic for the registered Athlete for any injury or illness that may arise during activities associated with Lilov Fencing. Events Scheduled: Women's Saber Men's Saber Preregistration opens on 08/09/2015. Preregistration closes on 06/18/2016.
